Thick It modified cornstarch

This stuff is great. I've used instant pudding for years to thicken fillings, smoothies, etc. This is that same starch ready to stir into cold foods and thicken without having to cook! Great for protein shakes! I put a few ice cubes and/or frozen strawberries in the blender and add a cup of milk. Then a scoop of whey protein powder and a couple tablespoons of Thick It. Blend for 30 seconds, then let stand for 5 minutes. It's as creamy as a milkshake!
